Glasgow-based airline Loganair has introduced it’s going to reintroduce a twice weekly flight path to Jersey from Teesside Worldwide Airport within the north east of England, commencing in summer season 2021.
The reintroduction of the Jersey route joins a community of 4 extra routes introduced final week by the airline, following a brand new partnership between Loganair and Teesside Worldwide Airport, after pausing operations again in 2018.
Amanda Burns, chief government at Go to Jersey, stated: “We’re thrilled to welcome guests from the north east of England through this resumed Teesside route, which considerably improves connectivity to our island.
“We all know that journey is a problem for the time being, however with the return of this short-haul route comes the proper alternative for UK travellers to get pleasure from an idyllic home vacation.
“This is a wonderful indicator that our island continues to be a fascinating journey vacation spot and we sit up for welcoming again guests, each previous and new, in 2021.”
Whereas journey is more likely to stay unsure in 2021, the relaunched route comes simply in time for the summer season season.
